Oh, hey there!

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where deadlines are tight, expectations are high, and things tend to break at the worst possible time. You learn quickly how to adapt, solve problems, and keep things moving without overthinking every pixel. I’ve grown from designer to creative lead to operations manager—which means I don’t just make things look good, I know how to get them produced, delivered, and done right.
I’m the person who jumps in, figures it out, and usually fixes a few other things along the way. I’ve led teams, built workflows that actually make sense, troubleshot production issues mid-run, and still made sure the creative holds up. I care about the details—but I also know when to move fast, make a call, and keep things from getting stuck in “let’s overthink this for three days” mode.
I’m drawn to work with purpose. Ideas that connect. Teams that are actually doing something—not just talking about it.
At the end of the day, I bring creativity, accountability, a bit of humor, and a strong “let’s get it done” mindset. I take ownership, I show up, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty—whether that means leading the charge or jumping in wherever I’m needed.
Alright enough about me, I’ve yapped enough—don’t be a stranger.
Swing back anytime; I’ll have the coffee on. ☕
Just gonna scooch on in here for a sec...
Well, now that I’m settled—I’m Renee. Nice of you to stop by and since you’re here, here’s a little about how I got into all of this…
I didn’t take the “perfectly polished, linear career path” into design—and honestly, I wouldn’t want to. I got into this because I enjoy figuring things out, bringing ideas to life, and proving that the “that might be tricky” projects are usually very doable.
